Connection Repair is a set of science-led workbooks and apps based on extensive research into the 7 areas responsible for trauma. 

 

Connection Repair highlights both the positive and underestimated yet brutal negative impact that objects we connect to can have on young individuals.  especially during times of critical change, like going off to college and finding identity. A unique and valuable interactive experience to self-Discovery​​

Scientific Approach: HAPHE has adopted a scientific approach in the development of our workbooks and accompanying app. These engaging, college-like friendly apps are designed to realign connections with important areas of life identified by counselors and psychologists as troublesome areas for young individuals. By utilizing evidence-based techniques and strategies, we help students moderate their output and investment of human effort.

Anxiety, trauma, and dependency-driven connections are fueling a mental health crisis, with depression rates rising fastest among young people. Our research, alongside World Health Organization findings, highlights how trauma-related emotional patterns are a key contributor.

At HAPHE, we tackle this at the root  by promoting diverse, balanced emotional connections that reduce vulnerability and prevent long-term harm. Each connection rebalanced is a step toward resilience, agency, and well-being.
