Agreement and Rules

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

  • The prize draw is open to participants who complete the designated questionnaire by the specified dates.

  • Participants must be residents of the region in which the draw is conducted and aged 18 years or older.

  • Employees of the organizing entity, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

 

2. Entry:

  • To enter the prize draw, participants must complete the online questionnaire provided by the organizing entity.

  • Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

 

3. Prizes:

  • The prizes available to be won are as follows:

    • First Prize: A gift card to a local establishment

    • Second Prize: A gift card to a local establishment

    • Third Prize: A gift card to a local establishment

  • Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternatives are available.

 

4. Draw and Notification:

  • The prize winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the specified dates.

  • Winners will be notified by email within the specified timeframe after the draw. If a winner does not respond within the specified timeframe of notification, the organizing entity reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

 

5. Liability:

  • The organizing entity shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the prize draw or the acceptance and use of any prize awarded.

  • The organizing entity is not responsible for entries that are lost, misdirected, or delayed due to technical issues or any other reason beyond its control.

 

6. Data Protection:

  • Personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the purposes of the prize draw and will not be shared with third parties, except where necessary for the administration of the draw.

 

7. Publicity:

  • By entering the prize draw, winners agree to the use of their names and likenesses in any promotional materials produced by the organizing entity without additional compensation or permission, unless prohibited by law.

 

8. General Conditions:

  • The organizing entity reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the prize draw in the event of any technical or other difficulties that might compromise the integrity of the draw.

  • The decisions of the organizing entity regarding all aspects of the prize draw are final and binding on all participants.

 

9. Governing Law:

  • This prize draw and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the region in which the draw is conducted. Any disputes arising in connection with the prize draw will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that region.
